Gisgeo Information Systems was formed in 2008 with the mission of making available to companies or individuals Geographic Information Systems with the features that the current digital society requires: innovation and effective performance with quality and intuitive design.

Gisgeo Information Systems is headquartered in Porto, but provides its services to businesses and individuals anywhere in the world.

Gisgeo is a young and entrepreneurial, that betting on talent and the Portuguese contribution to the evolution of the Portuguese economy.

Team

On the basis of the excellence of the products developed and services provided by Gisgeo is a Portuguese team of highly qualified and motivated, with degrees in Surveying Engineering, Geography and Applied Mathematics and M.Sc. in Geographic Information Systems. The solid skills of this team ensures the best services and customer support organization.

History

During its first year, Gisgeo applied mainly to the import and marketing of GPC locators, having currently over sixty (60) national clients in that area of activity.

Since 2009, the company began the development of fleet management software, based on web technology state of the art applied to Geographic Information Systems (GIS), to georeference the cars equiped with a GPS locator.
